Marcia Voelkel, former Broadway performer, and current Pilates trainer has been sharing her knowledge of fitness with clients for the past 10 years.
Her concentration is core strength and flexibility for all ages and fitness levels. Through the use of mat exercises, low weights, bands, reformer, barrel and cadillac apparatus she engages clients to reach there fitness goals. Marcia encourages clients to make exercise a part of their lifestyle by adapting exercises that fit in to their daily schedules. Health and wellness are her inspiration.
